runway to my way: flamenco polka dots

What is summer without something passionate and flirty? How about a combination of sexy body conscious top ( buy here) styled with a flirty full skirt. Te first thing that attracted my editorial radar was from Dolce & Gabbana’s runway look 76, the bold polka dots and body proportion were perfect to elongate anyone’s lower body. I love how the waistline of the full skirt hits right near the rib cage to recreate an illusion of a slimmer waist with way longer legs. On the runway styling, you will notice hair and makeup is sleek and clean with red lips. This styling makes the overall look and feel a bit stronger as if you were walking down the street as a passionate flamenco dancer. How to style it my way? Loose the flaming red flowers on hair and add baby blue freshness to lighten up the ruffles.

Styling Tips: Keep footwear and sunglasses in monotone, while adding hints of colors with earrings and handbag. Since the ruffle skirt has a lot of volume, I would suggest a small clutch or purse instead of anything bulky. Don’t forget a pop of color on the tips, but I would stay away from dark red tones. You will notice my hint of blue adds a personal touch to the overall look.
