Van Cleef & Arpels expands their nature’s vital force and poetry to Asia.
This September 2011 Van Cleef & Arpels opens their 3rd Maison in Hong Kong.
It was a great chance for me to have an insider sneak peak of the Maison before the grand opening for all my readers to experience the inside out beauty of Van Cleef & Arpels.
A love story, a legend……..
A young couple’s enthusiasm and passion for jewels lead a partnership to create “Van Cleef & Arpels”
From Parisian Elegance to New York Magical Jewel Box and now comes Hong Kong’s unique, enchanted and bridge between two worlds.
The Hong Kong Maison is designed by well known designers Patrick Jouin and Sanhit Manku.
Basically I describe the Maison as luxury modern beauty with the essences of Van Cleef & Arpels signature elements. It gives visitors an escape from the hectic city into another enchanting world.
High counters and bar stools have replaced the usual tables and chairs.
Signature poetic quotes on displays to tell a story behind every piece of meaning watches and jewels from Van Cleef & Arpels’s collection.
This display is super interesting, its like a jewelry projector. It gives a 3 dimension view of the jewelry.
Making visitors feel they are welcomed into a real home and not a boutique. The gigantic wood and glass staircase gives a chic Parisian apartment feeling.
Decoration of the huge Marano glass chandeliers has blown my breathe away. Hundreds of glass drops that are hand-crafted and traditional blown. Giving the store a grand and fantasy atmosphere.
A private area for consultation and VIP shopping experience.
Glass cabinet displays adds a classy touch to the jewelries.
