Introducing “Signorina”a new creation with the elegant and all Italian style by Salvatore Ferragamo. The concept of this fragrance is inspired by trendy feminine young ladies with timeless modernity, creativity and a hint of audacity that is found in Salvatore Ferragamo woman.
Why Signorina ? A lovely and chic Italian name that means young women that is stylish, truly Italian, fresh and full of life.
Recapping scenes from the movie ” Perfume”, while the perfumer was testing out various notes of scent to match the perfect fragrance. Wondering how that works in real life, it was great pleasure to have the opportunity to do a “sniff test” with an expert perfumer ” Sophie Labbe”. Knowing the different top, heart and dry down notes enriched my knowledge in the development of a fragrance. My addiction scent from this fragrance are the fresh jasmine and creamy texture of panacotta.
Sniffing the layers :
Top note – Currant and Pink Pepper
Heart notes: Fresh Jasmine, Rose and Peony Petals
Dry down notes: Patchouly, Panacotta, Musk
Chatting with Sophie, I asked her to give me some professional tips on how to wear the fragrance. There are no certain rules, but for various occasions you check out the tips below.
Tips on wearing fragrance…..
A romantic date/ seeing your love: gently tab the fragrance behind your ears, neckline and wrist ( or maybe in between your cleavage)
Just a hint : Tab the fragrance on your ” hot-spot” that means areas that you can feel your pulse. (behind your ears, at the base of your throat, on the inside of your elbows, on your wrists and behind each knee)
Casual Day: You can spray the fragrance in air and walk into it. Or spray it on your clothes.
All day long: It’s best to use all products such as bath gel, body lotion and fragrance altogether.
