The graphic sensibility, shearling bikers, tailored shorts and bold block colors were my picks from Marni’s Edition for winter 2012. The collection highlights touches of neon colors and plastic embellishments to add layers of pop mix. Along with double faced check and kilt wool, coated technical jersey, felt-bonded leather and teddy shearling fabrics. The combination of materials created a visual and tactile accumulations for different looks. There was a sports feel to the jackets with an insouciant ladylike air.
Bringing out typical Marni way with personal style, I tried on a few items that brought sweet decorations, geometric gravity patterns and a classic silhouette. I was personally drawn to the brown, black and aqua blue colors from this collection.



Accessories include pressed plastic sunglasses in candy colors,oversized pumps and iconic Marni style necklaces.
